Cancellation Policy

VaultWorks is an audition-based training and performance program. Students are offered placement by audition and cast in specific roles or ensemble tracks. All VaultWorks tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable once enrollment is accepted. By accepting a role in VaultWorks, families are reserving a dedicated spot in a capped ensemble. As a result, Vault Theatre is unable to offer refunds for any reason, including schedule conflicts, withdrawal, illness, or dismissal from the program. Prior to booking, please email info@vaulttheatre.org if you would like to arrange a payment plan for eligible programs.
